Manuel was born in Cologne, Germany, in 1980. He started his career in 1999 founding his first online marketing company at age of 19. Since then Manuel has followed his passion for product development, design and online marketing especially in the financial technology sector. After spending two and a half years in investment banking with ABN AMRO Bank in Frankfurt and London to establish an online brokerage company, he founded the social trading company, ayondo, in 2007 and sold most of his shares in 2014. Manuel holds a Master of Science from European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel.

Dominic was born in Cologne, Germany, in 1978 and he is exactly what someone might call a technology geek and developer - with passion. Coding from his earliest years, he has developed several online platforms as lead developer. After spending more than two years as an international consultant with Autonomy, he joined ayondo as CIO in 2009 and brought the technology to an execution machine with over a million trades per month. After he sold his shares in ayondo in 2014 he founded nextmarkets with his younger brother Manuel. Dominic holds a M.Sc. in Engineering (Dipl. Ing.) from RWTH Aachen.

Martin was born in Aachen, Germany in 1979. He founded his online agency while still a student and managed the development and expansion of various online portals. He then moved to Düsseldorf-based FinTech startup auxmoney, where he spent seven years expanding marketing and was most recently responsible for all customer acquisition as part of senior management. Martin holds a degree in engineering from Aachen University of Applied Sciences.

Volker was born in Hamburg, Germany, in 1972. He started his trading career in 2000 in the financial sector and has been working for the large international investment Bank SEB in Stockholm, London and Frankfurt as a stocks, derivatives and proprietary trader. In addition, he has been working as a manager in the FinTech industry for the German FinTech Group, FinLab and GFBK. Volker holds numerous trading licenses, is a certified banker and holds a Master of Finance and Financial Derivatives from the Goethe University in Frankfurt a. M., Germany.
